The commercial register, read every morning · 26 cantons

Every Swiss company. The day it moves.

745 951 active companies, whether they have a website, a profile or nothing at all. A new registration, a new director, a relocation, a VAT registration: you know it on the day of official publication, with who to contact and where every piece of data comes from.

No idea where to start? Here is a network to begin with. It does not count towards your three networks.three networks a day, no account

01 · The sources

The register says who exists. The rest, we go and find.

A single source is worth nothing. Every record is cross-checked between registers, the Swiss web and directories, and every value keeps its source and date. When two sources disagree, we show both.

Official registers

Commercial registerZefix and the 26 cantonal registers, read every morning: directors, offices, capital, auditor.
SOGC / SHABEvery official publication, dated: registrations, changes, liquidations.
UID and VAT registerOfficial identity and VAT liability, hence crossing the CHF 100,000 threshold.
NOGAThe federal classification of activities, reclassified when the statutory purpose misleads.

The Swiss web

.ch zoneEvery .ch domain (Switch), matched against every company name: the website is not guessed, it is found.
ImpressumThe email and phone the company publishes itself on its website.
Job-RoomPublished job postings: a company that hires is a company that invests.
LinkedInThe company page, when it exists, to confirm it. Never a personal profile.

Directories and confirmation

search.chThe Swiss directory: published phone and email.
Google PlacesWebsite and phone, matched against the register address.
Brave SearchThe official website when the .ch zone is not enough (.com, .swiss).
Cross-checkingEstimated real size, directors deduplicated across sources, namesakes kept apart. Marked "estimated" when it is.
02 · "LinkedIn does this better"

LinkedIn shows who chose to be there. The register shows everyone, and says when things move.

A Swiss company has no choice: it is in the commercial register, so are its directors, and every change is published there. Most have never written a word on a social network. They exist anyway, they buy, and the register gives the day their situation changes. Two things a social network cannot give you: everyone, and the moment.

A social network
ciblr
Who you see
People who created a profile and keep it up to date. A large share of Swiss SMEs have neither a page nor an active director there.
The 745 951 active companies and their registered directors, because the law requires it. Including those with no website and no profile.
What alerts you
Nothing. You search, you scroll, you hope to land on the right moment.
The watch: every morning, the companies in your scope that moved the day before. You no longer look for the moment, it comes to you.
When you learn it
When someone decides to post it, if they post it.
On the day of official publication: registration, new director, office, capital, VAT, auditor, liquidation.
What it is worth
A title declared by the person themselves, with no date and no source.
A dated fact, with its source. Nothing is guessed: when we do not know, we say so.
03 · The moment, not just the list

A movement in the register is an opportunity. Here are the ones we read.

Anyone who has prospected knows it: the right company at the wrong time is a polite no. What makes the difference is calling the week something changes. The register publishes that change; we put it in front of you the same morning.

New registration

It chooses its fiduciary, bank, insurer and IT provider in the coming weeks.

VAT registration

It has just crossed CHF 100,000 in revenue. No international tool reads this register.

New director

A new person decides, and reviews the suppliers. You have their name and their other mandates.

Office relocation

Premises, fit-out, a move, a new municipality to cover.

Capital increase

Fresh money, so a project behind it: hiring, machines, expansion.

Hiring

An open position on Job-Room often means equipment to order and a budget released.

Change of auditor

A mandate changing hands, and a moment when the other providers are questioned.

Liquidation, deletion

To remove from your follow-ups before a salesperson calls. The negative signal counts just as much.

04 · Three days, on us

Receive what moves in your market, from tomorrow morning.

These signals, on your scope, in your inbox. One canton, one sector, one address: the first email leaves within a minute with the last 30 days, then two mornings in a row with what has moved since.

06 · "And Moneyhouse, CRIF, address lists?"

They read the same register. They sell you a record. We sell the movement.

Looking up a company or buying a file is photographing the register on a given day. A photo does not say what changed, nor when, nor who to call.
